1. Services

Virolox Pushpa provides subscription-based doorstep delivery of fresh flowers, homam kits, prasadam, and nursery plants. Services and product availability may vary by location.

2. Account & Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Virolox Pushpa is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence

3. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed weekly or monthly as selected
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice
• You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime via the app or customer support
• Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery

4. Delivery Policy

• Deliveries are scheduled before 7:00 AM
• Delivery time may vary due to weather or operational conditions
• Incorrect address or unavailability of the customer may result in missed delivery
• Missed deliveries due to customer error are non-refundable

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Virolox Pushpa does not store your card or banking details. Failed or delayed payments may lead to temporary suspension of service.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please refer to the Refund Policy page for detailed information.

7. User Responsibilities

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Do not misuse services, subscriptions, or promotions
• Do not attempt to disrupt or damage the platform
